Sur l’initiative de l’ARALA (Association des Radioamateurs de Loire-Atlantique), le diplôme a pour but de célébrer le 100ème anniversaire de la mort de Jules Verne, né à Nantes en 1828.
80 lieux sont tirés de cinq romans de l’auteur. Le DIPLOME consiste à contacter les PAYS où se trouvent ces lieux (villes, régions, à titre indicatif, indiqués en bas de page).
Les conditions pour obtenir ce diplôme sont les suivantes :

1. Contacter le plus grand nombre possible DE PAYS, parmi les 46 PAYS répertoriés ci-dessous, avec un minimum de 12 PAYS (12 points, 1 point par pays) :

2. Les QSO devront se faire avec les pays indiqués ci-dessus.
3. Les contacts peuvent être réalisés sur toutes les bandes radioamateurs et dans tous les modes de transmission.
4. Les contacts sont à réaliser entre le 1 et le 31 décembre 2005.
5. La validation des contacts se fait par la présentation des cartes QSL ou d’une copie du carnet de trafic, certifiée conforme par le président du radio-club ou son représentant.
6. Pour obtenir le diplôme en couleur, il convient d’adresser un chèque de 6 € établi à l’ordre le l’ARALA avec la demande :

Rounding Jules Verne in 80 countries

On the initiative of the ARALA (Association of the HamRadio of Loire-Atlantique - FRANCE ), the TM1JV "Jules Vernes in 80 places" diploma is created.
This diploma celèbre the dead of Jules Verne born in Nantes in 1828. These 80 places are drawn from the novels of Jules Verne and are in the Countries, objects of the diploma.
The DIPLOMA consists in contacting the COUNTRIES where are these places (cities, areas, as an indication, listed at the foot of the page).
The conditions to obtain this diploma are as follows:

1. To contact the greatest possible number of COUNTRIES, among the 46 COUNTRIES indexed below, with a minimum of 12 COUNTRIES (12 items, 1 point by country):

2. The QSO will have to be done with the countries indicated above.
3. The contacts can be carried out on all bands and in all of transmission modes.
4. The contacts are to be realized between the 1° and December 31, 2005.
5. The validation of the contacts is done by the presentation of the QSL cards or a copy of the notebook of traffic, certified by the president of the radio-club or its representative.
